This 500sqm villa in Miskolc, was designed for a needy client who wanted a cohesive look

for his entire house with the latest trends and the most exquisite furniture.

All wall panels and furniture systems were custom designed, as well as a

custom built bioethanol two-sided fireplace that divides the living area

and the studio, giving the two areas some communication, but also setting a sort of a boundry.

The kitchen was thought as a chef’s kitchen where a big island of almost 5 meters offers enough space for all preparations, for cooking and also a bar setup that can be used as a breakfast area. The tall units hide all the Miele appliances, as well as a hidden central area covered by slide-back doors, with an additional work-top that is used to plug in smaller kitchen appliances.

The master suite presents a king size bed with cushioned and back lit wall paneling, a more than genereous size closet with lacquered and glass doors, and a master bathroom with an oversized walk-in shower accompained by an egg-shaped bathroom tub. The double vanity set-up is designed to hide all the necessary accessories for a fully functional bathroom.

On the second floor we designed the kids’ area with a large living space, tv area, outdoor terrace and a hidden kitchenette.

There are also 3 more rooms for two of the owner’s youngsters and a studio/guest bedroom with a fold-down bed and an extended bookcase.
